Dear Parent/Guardian and Student-Athlete,

We are looking forward to the 2024-2025 school year and Fall sports season! Online athletic registration will officially be open as of Monday, July 15th. On the second page of this document, you will find the Fall sport start dates, practice permit pick-up dates and the email contact info for our Fall head coaches.

1.  Complete Online Registration–Click HERE to register.
   1. If your child is new to ML, please create a NEW account and secondly you must verify the new account via your e-mail before completing the registration.
   2. If registering for the first time, it is important that you enter your child's Full Legal Name (first and last) as entered in Skyward correctly, (Benjamin and not only Ben or hyphenated last name, etc.) along with DOB. This will help pre-populate many fields.
   3. If your child is a returning student-athlete (i.e., returning 10-12^th grader), then simply log into your current account and register as you did last year.
       
2. Pay Athletic Fee – MUST be done ONLINE
   1. $85 per sport – (NOTE: Global Studies students already have this included in tuition)
       
3. Participation Physical Examination Form or Alternate Form
   1. If a new physical is needed, print and have doctor complete physical form (There will be a choice to upload electronically (RECOMMENDED), or you can turn into main office.
   2. Any student with a physical done before April 1, 2023 will be required to have a new physical exam completed in order to be eligible to participate in 24-25.
   3. All freshman should plan to get an updated physical. Click HERE to see if your returning student needs a NEW physical for the 24-25 school year.
       
4. When all registration is complete, your child can pick up their PRACTICE PERMIT in the main office ONE WEEK prior to the sport season start date. We recommend you call ahead to ensure your permit is ready for you.
    
5. 2024-2025 Athletic Code Parent/Student-Athlete Mandatory Meeting
   1. Thursday, August 1st @ 6pm in the Martin Luther Gymnasium.
   2. This meeting is MANDATORY and should be attended by ANY family that plans to have their child participate in any sport season (Fall, Winter or Spring) for the 24-25 school year. Students should be accompanied by at least one family member.
